Jim has worked in most every facet of film and television: Broadcast, cable and corporate. His latest project was an A&E Biography on actor Morgan Freeman, which he wrote and directed and interviewed Morgan, Clint Eastwood, Hilary Swank and many others. He has also written, produced and directed programs for HGTV, A&E, Discovery and the Travel Channel, and has created more than 1000 programs for organizations like Comcast, DuPont, IBM, Merck, AT&T and the US Army.
Many of these programs have been cited at film festivals here and abroad for their innovation, visual style, and use of humor and drama to engage and inform and entertain. They’ve also won the appreciation of clients for their creative and reasonable use of budgets.
“A million to one shot”. That’s what Daily Variety wrote when Jim sold his first dramatic
screenplay to Hollywood. Since then, SEDUCTION OF THE WILL has won multiple awards in film festivals around the world. His latest screenplays, BILLION $ HAMLET and THE LAST THING THEY DO, are under contract with the Silver Bitela Agency.
Jim has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Magna Cum Laude) in filmmaking and communications from Temple University. He lives with his family in Pennsylvania’s Brandywine Valley.
